As a Physiotherapist in Residential Aged Care, you’ll help older people stay active, independent, and engaged through our award‑winning Plena Care Pathway, a reablement‑focused model that supports residents throughout their aged care journey. Key clinical areas you’ll work across Mobility and functional assessments Restorative therapy Falls prevention Pressure care Pain management Active ageing group programmes Whether you’re delivering one‑on‑one reablement therapy or collaborating with care staff to develop resident‑centred plans, your work will be purpose‑driven and deeply rewarding. We offer a supportive national team, ongoing mentoring, an annual professional development allowance, an in‑house professional development program, flexible work arrangements, paid induction, and a culture that values work‑life balance. Relocation assistance and, in some cases, sponsorship opportunities are available to eligible candidates. We’re looking for Qualified Physiotherapists with current AHPRA registration.
