Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator – Join Our Vibrant Gosford Team Location: Gosford CBDRole Type: Part-time (with potential for growth) Are you a people-loving, organised go-getter who thrives in a friendly and supportive environment? We’re a modern, digital dental practice located in the heart of Gosford CBD, and we’re looking for a Dental Receptionist who’s ready to bring great energy to our front desk — and grow with us into a Treatment Coordinator role. At our practice, you’ll be joining a vibrant, caring team that prides itself on creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient. We work hard, laugh often, and support each other every step of the way. What You’ll Be Doing Be the friendly first face our patients see — greeting everyone by name and making them feel at ease Manage appointments, payments, and phone enquiries with professionalism and care Coordinate treatments and follow up with patients to ensure a seamless experience Lend a hand chairside when needed (dental experience preferred) Support the Practice Manager and contribute to the ongoing growth of our practice Learn and grow into coordinating Sedation Days, General Anaesthetics, and Implant Dentistry bookings About You You’re a confident communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people — and you love being part of a team that feels like family.
