Job Overview Comprehensive and Cosmetic Dentist – Sydney NSW, early 2026 start. Mascot, Sydney NSW. Full time, remuneration of 200,000 to 300,000 per year (Service Fee Agreement with a 40/60 split). Second intake to join the next wave of our expansion; our principals are shifting part of their clinical time to establish a second practice. We provide clinicians with the systems, support and long‑term pathways to build meaningful careers. Clinical Focus Our patients expect comprehensive, multi‑disciplinary care across restorative, orthodontic, fixed prosthodontics, cosmetic and implant dentistry. This role suits a clinician who enjoys broad general dentistry and values working within a comprehensive, team‑based model. You’ll begin by delivering excellent general care and building trust; as patients progress, you’ll naturally move into more elective and cosmetic treatment. Qualifications & Skills To thrive in this role, you should be: Clinically confident in general restorative dentistry and crowns. Proficient in molar endodontics to retain and grow your patient base. Experienced in, or eager to upskill in, clear aligner therapy – as a Diamond Invisalign provider you’ll benefit from competitive aligner pricing, strong demand and experienced support. Interested in composite bonding or veneers, with strong patient interest and scope to build these skills. Exposure to oral surgery and implant procedures through visiting clinicians, with opportunities to observe, assist and learn directly. Support from experienced and visiting clinicians. Clear expectations, systems and operational consistency. About You You are: Motivated to grow clinically and professionally. Confident in foundational dentistry and open to refining efficiency. Comfortable discussing treatment options and fees. Calm, patient‑focused and emotionally intelligent, especially with anxious patients. Receptive to feedback and committed to excellence rather than shortcuts.Looking for a long‑term role where you can grow both your patient base and skill set. Schedule and Timing This position offers a four‑day weekday schedule plus Saturdays, primarily based at our Mascot practice. As Pagewood develops, there may be future integration aligned with demand and your clinical interests. We’re flexible with the start date within early 2026 (Q1‑Q2).
