We are seeking a Senior Fund Analyst to join our collaborative, high-performing team in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytically strong, commercially minded professional who is looking to gain deep exposure across the full portfolio management lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Assist in reviewing investment materials, analyse market trends and support post-investment monitoring. Assist with portfolio modelling, capital planning, liquidity management and risk analysis. Prepare performance reports, investor communications and due diligence materials. Use portfolio models, dashboards and monitoring tools (including ESG/credit scoring) to generate insights and support decision-making Build strong stakeholder relationships and represent the fund professionally. Identify process improvements and escalate risks as needed. Support key strategic initiatives, including new investment strategies or portfolio enhancements. About You: 3+ years’ experience in private credit, alternative investments or a related financial environment. Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability build rapport across investors, internal teams and external partners. Strong financial analysis, problem-solving and lateral thinking capabilities. Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics or Accounting Progress towards CFA, CA or a similar qualification is advantageous Why Choose MaxCap: A competitive remuneration package.
