Responsibilities Act as a role model to your team by embodying Sephora’s DNA and delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience. Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team through coaching and development. Utilise and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Senior Beauty Advisors. Facilitate open communication with your team, providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the management team. Serve as the point of contact when acting as Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and staff matters within a fast‑paced environment, confidently making store decisions. Work across all categories—beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness—and store functions including sales, management and back‑of‑house operations. Qualifications Open to working a rotating roster to support store needs. Previous retail management experience covering profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control and visual merchandising. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for daily reporting. Hands‑on leader who enjoys being on the sales floor, motivating, coaching and helping team members succeed. Passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail, ensuring the store represents the Sephora brand. Committed to maintaining a strong, positive culture where everyone is valued, recognised and enabled to succeed through feedback, learning and career development. A history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Other Requirements Only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this opportunity. As our busiest trade days run Thursday to Sunday, the ideal candidate must provide five full days of availability across key trading times, including late‑night, weekend and public holiday trading.
