Fraser Coast Tourism & Events Ltd, one of Queensland’s leading destination marketing organisations, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate the region’s digital presence and promote some of Australia’s premier tourism experiences. Reporting to the Destination Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, execution and ongoing enhancement of FCTE’s digital strategy. This includes oversight of the organisation’s digital assets and channels, contributing to marketing programs, promotional initiatives, corporate communications, media engagement, and tourism and event development. You will take the lead in managing the destination website visitfrasercoast.com , executing digital campaigns and championing innovative initiatives that grow engagement and online visibility for the region. Opportunities for you to make a difference: Leading and managing FCTE’s digital platforms, including the destination website and social media channels. Planning, implementing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, PPC and email marketing. Analysing digital performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager and other reporting tools to demonstrate impact. Supporting marketing programs, corporate communications, media engagement and event promotion. Collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders and tourism partners to deliver integrated marketing outcomes. Your experience: Previous roles in digital marketing, ideally within an agency or destination marketing environment. Proficiency in WordPress, SEO, Google Ads, PPC platforms and analytics tools. Communication and stakeholder management skills, with examples of collaboration experience. Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related field are highly regarded. A track record of delivering measurable results and driving engagement through innovative digital initiatives.
