Job Description Occupational Therapists Grade 1 & 2 Open to local or international talent Regional Victoria Visa Sponsorship & Relocation Assistance Available We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join a supportive Allied Health team in regional Victoria. With opportunities available at both Grade 1 and Grade 2 levels these roles are ideal for clinicians who are looking to broaden their clinical expertise and contribute to a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. About the Role Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services across acute sub‑acute rehabilitation and outpatient settings. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, Social Workers and Allied Health Assistants. Contribute to service planning, quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice. Grade 1: Manage a varied caseload and rotate through different clinical areas. Grade 2: Provide clinical leadership, supervision and mentoring to junior staff and students while managing more complex caseloads. About You Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) Current registration (or eligibility) with AHPRA Demonstrated clinical experience in acute sub‑acute or rehabilitation settings. Strong communication, teamwork and time management skills Grade 2 applicants: proven experience supervising junior staff / students and managing complex caseloads.
