We manage over 250 AirBnBs on the Sunshine Coast, as well as the housekeeping operations of several resorts from Mooloolaba to Noosa. WHY JOIN MOXY? Moxy shuns the use of ABNs – this ensures that everybody is paid their worth. Moxy pays well above industry standard. You will be paid for travel & fuel from the Moxy office (Airbnb cleaning). Various positions: We are seeking cleaners, team leaders, crew trainers and quality controllers. Flexible Hours: Regular shifts with the option to work as many hours as you want (school hours available). Competitive Pay: Above-award rates, weekend penalties, paid travel and fuel reimbursements & insurance taken care of ($31.30 – $62.58 per hr + super & bonuses). WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU Experience: Previous experience as a room attendant or Airbnb cleaner. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to personalise services for each client. Skills: Master of bed‑making (triple‑sheeting in your sleep), with a professional, respectful customer service attitude. Reliability: Consistent work ethic and reliable transportation (Car is a must for AirBnB).
