What We Do Residential and commercial maintenance plumbing across Sydney Metro, including medical centres, shopping centres, real estate portfolios, gyms, and hospitality sites. We focus on doing the job properly, documenting everything, and offering honest solutions. The Role Options Service Technician Maintenance plumbing without sales pressure Focus on fault finding, repairs, compliance, and quality workmanship Support from senior technicians when required Sales / Service Technician Maintenance plumbing plus identifying and quoting solutions Clear pathways to commission and higher earnings Training provided on quoting, communication, and upsells Support from senior staff on larger jobs Compensation $45–$65 per hour depending on experience and capability Commission structure available after probation (sales role) Company vehicle, phone, iPad, fuel card, uniform, and Bunnings card Overtime and weekend work availableJob security in a growing business Clear career progression into senior or leadership roles Training, Coaching & Support Weekly coaching and toolbox sessions Ongoing one‑on‑one support Ride‑alongs and site visits with senior technicians Clear expectations, KPIs, and feedback A team that actually answers the phone when you need help Day‑to‑Day Work Residential and commercial maintenance plumbing Blocked drains and CCTV inspections Pipe relining and patch repairs Hot water system installs and servicing (gas & electric) Leak detection and burst pipe repairs Tapware, toilets, valves, and general maintenance Quoting and explaining solutions to customers (sales role) Qualifications Cert III in Plumbing Minimum 2 years maintenance plumbing experience NSW Driver’s Licence Strong communication and fault‑finding skills Pride in presentation and workmanship A positive, coachable attitude The ability to work independently and as part of a team Values Respect for every home and business Clear, honest communication Reliability and punctuality Pride in workmanship Continuous improvement Location Sydney Metro | Apply via Seek or email your CV to ****@limeplumbing.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
