SAP Functional Specialist-Employee Central & onboarding We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst to help our client with data mapping, and process alignment between SAP Employee Central and S/4HANA. As a trusted business partner, you will collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to deliver sustainable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support our business objectives. Key Accountabilities Design tools and implement processes to identify, analyse, and improve business systems, workflows, and processes aligned with business unit and departmental goals. Manage the development, facilitation, and communication of strategic initiatives, ensuring consistency and best practice methodologies are applied across the organisation. Provide proactive, evidence-based advice and reports to functional leads and the Delivery Director, ensuring proposed solutions meet business requirements, address change impacts, and are sustainable long-term. Liaise with internal customers and stakeholders to monitor and review the effectiveness of tools, systems, and standards to maintain quality and consistency of outcomes. Support business users and test teams by preparing and updating test scripts, performing testing, and ensuring solutions meet agreed requirements. Coordinate testing and quality assurance activities to ensure all critical business functionality is validated and accepted by key stakeholders. Support the data mapping process between Employee Central and S/4HANA, including validation and verification activities. Perform cutover activities to ensure a smooth transition to operations and provide ongoing BAU support during the onboarding system transition. Act as a Business SME to vendors, contribute to workbook design, and support business training activities. About You Strong experience as an SAP Functional Analyst, ideally with exposure to Employee Central, Onboarding, and S/4HANA integration. Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and process designs. Experience in testing, business process improvement, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
