About the Role We are seeking a Part Time Trainer and Assessor to deliver training and assessment in the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability). This diverse role is based from our Gold Coast Campus and offers flexibility. You may be required to cover face‑to‑face classes on campus, in addition to other varied duties, including: Supporting with site visits for traineeships Delivering Provide First Aid courses Conducting placement visits around the SEQ region Supporting other trainers with marking and student support Supporting online Trainers with marking Should the workload increase, this role provides the opportunity to convert into Full Time employment. Desirable Qualifications Possessing any of the below qualifications is advantageous, but not essential: Certificate III in Community Services Certificate IV in Community Services Certificate IV in Disability Certificate IV in Mental Health Diploma of Community Services HLTAID011 Provide First Aid Medication Skill Set (Assist Clients with Medication) To be considered for this role, you will Hold TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) Hold vocational qualifications relevant to the areas you will deliver Possess current industry skills and knowledge in aged care, disability, or community services Be confident delivering face‑to‑face classes and engaging diverse student cohorts Have experience with student assessment, marking, and maintaining training records Hold a current driver’s licence and reliable car for placement and site visits Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining industry/VET currency Why Join Us?
