Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled BNG (Broadband Network Gateway) Expert with proven experience in Cisco and/or Nokia platforms, responsible for testing, design validation, and implementation of broadband edge network solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with BNG architectures, subscriber management, and network automation tools (Ixia, NetConf, NSO), ensuring end‑to‑end delivery quality in large‑scale service provider environments. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in IP Networking, with at least 3+ years focused on BNG platforms (Cisco ASR9k, Nokia 7750, or equivalent). Strong understanding of BNG concepts – subscriber sessions, DHCP, PPPoE, QoS, IPoE, Policy Control, and Multicast. Hands‑on experience with Cisco IOS‑XR and/or Nokia SR OS platforms. Practical exposure to test and traffic tools such as Ixia, Spirent, or equivalent. Working knowledge of network automation tools – NetConf, YANG models, Cisco NSO, Ansible, or Python‑based frameworks. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex network testing scenarios. Experience in design reviews, configuration audits, and validation for large‑scale Service Provider networks.
