We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong contract administration experience to join our team in Gympie. This role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver a diverse range of civil infrastructure projects across regional Queensland, including DRFA works, road and drainage construction, contract management and project delivery, with some travel required as part of the role. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards. Administer and manage contracts in accordance with project specifications, standards and legislation. Oversee daily site operations, monitor construction progress and manage subcontractor performance. Prepare and review project documentation, including programs, budgets, reports and change management records. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Provide clear and timely communication with clients, stakeholders and internal teams. Proactively identify risks, resolve design and construction issues and implement effective solutions. About You You're an experienced civil professional with strong project management and contract administration skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate effectively with stakeholders and deliver projects to the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance. Mandatory Experience & Credentials Proven experience in managing civil infrastructure projects, including contract administration. Previous experience delivering projects for TMR and/or Local Government Authorities. Strong knowledge of project management principles, standards and specifications. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules and project risks. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Desirable Experience & Credentials RPEQ registration or eligibility to obtain. Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (or equivalent). Why join CRC?
