Reporting to the NEX Building Group Transformation Leader, you will drive the execution and implementation of a broad scope of strategic projects. This will include the development and implementation of PMO structure, resources, tools, training and governance and all the dependencies needed to deliver a range of ambitious, high growth projects. Perks and Benefits Discount on building a new home through our building brands (after qualifying period) 12 weeks paid parental leave for primary carer and 4 weeks paid for secondary carer Discounted health insurance through nib Discounts on whitegoods Fitness Passport Employee assistance program Professional development and educational assistance Attractive remuneration And so much more Responsibilities Ensure effective project resourcing, planning and budgeting to deliver timely, high‑quality outcomes Work closely with Head of Risk to identify, document and manage RAIDD (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions, Dependencies) items for projects within the scope of PMO Develop and manage PMO quality assurance activities across plans, logs and governance documents Establish a standard suite of reporting tools to support PMO mobilisation Attend project meetings, make decisions and represent PMO with senior stakeholders Establish trust with stakeholders across multiple locations and matrix‑based teams and identify ways to accelerate project delivery Identify, recruit and train business unit‑based PMs to lift overall PMO capability and performance Monitor, review and report monthly on program quality, deliverables and benefit realisation Qualifications and Experience Strong experience in PMO, project or program support roles, with recent experience as a Lead or Senior PMO Experience managing complex projects and transformational change across systems, finance or supply chain Ability to facilitate technical sessions to troubleshoot issues and remove barriers to project success Effective stakeholder management at all levels Strong knowledge of project lifecycle and RAIDD methodology Continuous improvement mindset Exposure to construction, professional services, retail, building products or FMCG is preferred Willingness to travel interstate Application Process The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening and may involve a National Police Check and pre‑employment medical.
