Belt Splicer / Rubber Liner Accountable to the Maintenance Superintendent and taking daily direction from the Mechanical Supervisor, this role is based on an 8:6 (Days only) FIFO roster from Perth or Kalgoorlie. Weds to Weds roster. Accountabilities Commitment to a strong safety culture and hazard reporting Adhere to the Maintenance Work Management Process Routine inspections and maintenance repairs of conveyor & feeder belt systems Rubber lining tasks Ad‑hoc tasks as required within the broader Maintenance team About You Certificate 111 in Polymer Processing (Belt Splicing), must be held Prior working experience in a similar role within a multi‑discipline team Hands‑on experience working in a heavy maintenance environment including mine sites Experience in maintaining fixed‑plant equipment and assisting Trades with various duties Confined Space and Working at Heights ticket, Forklift ticket desirable Hold a current WA C class driver’s licence Pass a pre‑employment medical Willing to obtain a new National Police Clearance Existing and ongoing Permanent work rights in Australia (Mandatory) Culture and Benefits Development opportunities within this team if desired Opportunity to work for an endorsed WORK180 employer Access to our industry‑leading Wellness Program Active committees driving Diversity & Inclusion Top tier private health insurance for you and your family Performance bonus and incentive program Salary sacrifice options Our full list of benefits and why we are recognised as an Endorsed Employer for Women by WORK180 can be seen on the WORK180 website. #J-18808-Ljbffr
