Caravan Allrounder

We have positions available for experienced Caravan Manufacturing All-Rounders to join our Spinifex Caravans manufacturing team in Deception Bay, Queensland. This full-time position is responsible for the assembly and production of high-quality caravans, with the chance to work on a variety of tasks and learn new skills. What you'll be doing Exterior fit out stage of manufacturing Installing suspension, plumbing and other systems in caravans Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality Working collaboratively with the wider manufacturing team What we're looking for Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly work, ideally in the caravan or automotive industries Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Excellent problem-solving and hand-eye coordination skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities Good communication and teamwork skills What we offer Competitive salary with opportunities for overtime On-the-job training and development Factory Hours 7:30am-4.00pm Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-1:30pm Friday About us Spinifex Caravans is a leading manufacturer of high-quality, customized caravans in Australia.
