Executive Search Specialist - Location : Sydney CBD/hybrid Package : $150,000 package Overview : Join a respected regulatory body where your investigative expertise directly impacts market integrity and consumer protection. This senior role combines the ability to detect, investigate, educate and prevent sophisticated financial fraud schemes across New South Wales. What You'll Achieve Lead complex fraud investigations from initial complaint through to prosecution support, delivering justice for affected parties Develop and implement enhanced compliance frameworks that strengthen industry-wide risk management practices Provide authoritative expert witness testimony that supports successful legal proceedings Build strategic relationships with senior executives to drive improvements in financial controls You'll Thrive If You Excel at analytical thinking and can transform complex financial data into compelling evidence Demonstrate exceptional communication skills when presenting findings to diverse stakeholders Show resilience and persistence when pursuing challenging investigations over extended timeframes CA, CPA, or IPA qualification or nearly qualified (mandatory requirement) Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with demonstrated progression Proven background in either forensic accounting, fraud investigations, insolvency, or internal audit Enjoy conducting financial analysis and preparing reports Willingness to travel throughout Greater Sydney and regional NSW as required Australian citizenship or permanent residency status The Team You'll join a collaborative and supportive investigation team led by experienced professionals who prioritize knowledge sharing and continuous development.
