About Us Rosebank College has a proud and varied history of over 150 years as part of the Good Samaritan family established in 1857 and belonging to the Benedictine spiritual and educational tradition founded by St Benedict in the 4th century. About Rosebank College Co‑curricular Program (PACE) Our College Co‑curricular program is referred to as PACE which stands for Physical and Cultural Engagement. Co‑curricular Offerings Sport: Rosebank College competes in Conference 2 against various Sydney Catholic Schools in regular Thursday matches across multiple sports. Representative Sport also includes our major carnivals Athletics Cross Country and Swimming. Sport: Students have the opportunity to play club‑level sport in a variety of out‑of‑school competitions. Co‑curricular Activities: Students can participate in chess debating public speaking and several Gifted and Talented programs many of which include a competitive element. Rosebank College takes great pride in our co‑curricular achievements and in the positive influence our coaching staff have on students. We are continually seeking well‑qualified and enthusiastic coaches to join our programs. About You It is expected that all staff support the vision and goals of Rosebank College as a learning community and contribute to every aspect of College life. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills when engaging with parents students and staff. The ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Previous experience participating at a high level or coaching in the sport / activity of interest. A current relevant qualification or a willingness to complete the Community Coaching Course (a free online course). A valid and current Working with Children Check or a willingness to obtain one. A commitment to child safeguarding principles. A willingness to support the Catholic ethos and learning culture of the College.
