We specialise in sourcing high‑performing investment properties across Australia - using data to identify where cash flow and capital growth converge . About the Role You’ll work closely with our co‑founders, learning the ins and outs of sourcing and securing quality properties for clients. Initially, your focus will be on market research, data analysis, sourcing, due diligence, and inspections. Over time, you’ll progress into a full end‑to‑end, client‑facing advocate role – generating new business, leading negotiations, managing clients, and helping them achieve their goals. This role suits someone who is passionate about property, thrives on data and research, and enjoys building relationships. Your Responsibilities Analyse data and conduct market research to identify suitable locations and properties Build strong relationships with agents to access off‑market or pre‑market listings Hunt for both on‑ and off‑market opportunities that meet client briefs Inspect and shortlist properties, completing video walk‑throughs Prepare comparative market analysis, due diligence and cash‑flow projection reports Manage the process through to settlement – coordinating inspections, trades, and other professionals About You Estate Agent's Licence or Agent's Representative Certificate Ideally 1+ year experience in property or an existing personal portfolio Current driver’s licence and own car Strong relationship builder – confident calling agents and networking Analytical mindset and genuine passion for property and data Calm under pressure, persistent, and solutions‑oriented Integrity, initiative, and a client‑first approach Eagerness to learn investment strategies, data metrics, and industry tools Experience in real estate, property management, or related roles (e.g., BDM, Property Manager, Sales Associate) Enthusiastic learner with a desire to grow with our business long term What's on Offer Competitive base salary + super + uncapped commissions (OTE $150,000+) Hands‑on mentoring from experienced buyer’s advocates Clear pathway to a senior advocate or leadership role Access to premium research tools, data platforms, and off‑market networks Flexible remote or hybrid work model (optional 2 days in Bentleigh office space) Opportunity to be involved with the Melbourne Property Podcast Supportive, high‑performance team culture How to Apply Think you're the right fit?
