Job Details Location: Preston, VIC, Australia, 3072 Position: Fixed Term - Full Time until 9 January 2027 Employment type: Fixed Term - Full Time Salary: $88,099 - $94,791 based on level of experience, plus super Organisation The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency (VACCA) is an Aboriginal Community‑Controlled organisation that supports and advocates for the Aboriginal Community and is the largest organisation of its kind in Australia. Role Overview Rooted in cultural strength and community spirit, the Case Manager walks alongside Aboriginal children and families, offering support through healing‑informed and culturally grounded practice. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the role nurtures connection, empowers families to share their stories in their own way, and supports self‑determination through respectful collaboration with carers, kin, and community partners. About You The Case Manager supports Aboriginal families through culturally grounded, healing‑informed practice. By building trust and connection, they help strengthen parenting, safety, and wellbeing. Families are empowered to share their stories, engage in decision‑making, and reconnect with Community and Country. The role includes working with children in trauma‑informed ways, leading care team meetings, and collaborating across VACCA and with external partners to support each family's journey toward resilience and self‑determination.
