About the Role This is a permanent full‑time opportunity based in the Jandakot region. You will lead a team in a fast‑paced environment, managing delivery route optimisation, space management, asset management and compliance, with a strong focus on safety. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and empower diverse warehouse teams, overseeing recruitment, development, training, performance evaluation, leave management and scheduling. Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, from inventory management to dispatching and receiving goods. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse and transportation operations. Maintain the highest standards of compliance, safety and cleanliness. Qualifications Demonstrated experience leading teams, ideally within a warehouse setting. Proactive seeker of feedback who fosters personal and team growth through reflection and continuous improvement. Effective communicator who informs, inspires, motivates and influences others to drive team success. Inclusive collaborator capable of consulting, resolving conflict and appreciating alternative perspectives.
