Experienced Cook – High-Volume Italian Cuisine We are seeking a skilled and passionate experienced cook to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume Italian kitchen. Our restaurant serves over 700 covers a night, so the right candidate must thrive under pressure and have proven experience working in busy, professional kitchens. What we’re looking for: Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant (Italian cuisine preferred). Strong pan-tossing skills and ability to work confidently on the grill. Ability to keep up with fast ticket times while maintaining consistency and quality. A strong work ethic, team mentality, and reliability for full-time work. Passion for authentic Italian flavors and attention to detail. This is not a training role — we are looking for a cook who can hit the ground running in a high-pressure environment and contribute immediately to the team.
