About your new Role: You will be responsible for the day-to-day management activity for predominately business centric projects: Lead multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of projects Manage a variety of stakeholders Deliver on outcomes Represent the project to C‑Suite Promote governance across the projects lifecycle Anticipate, manage and resolve risks of the projects About You: Minimum 5 years project delivery experience at the Senior level within a complex and dynamic environment across both Technical and Business projects - the majority of the projects will be non-IT Superannuation or financial service industry experience is a must Working knowledge of agile and waterfall delivery methodologies Understanding of change management principles and application within a project Communication is your super power Bachelor degree and certification in waterfall, lean or agile Why choose Brighter Super: Fortnightly pay Flexible work policy Career pathway Reward and recognition program Annual leave purchase Holistic benefits and well-being offer through Perkbox Application Details: Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have as a project manager?
