North Regional TAFE are seeking to establish an open recruitment pool. This pool will be used to appoint suitable applicants as vacancies arise, which may include full-time, part-time, permanent or fixed-term vacancies, with the possibility of further extension(s) and/or permanency. This position will be delivering Automotive qualifications from one or more of the following qualifications. AUR10120 Certificate I in Automotive Vocational Preparation AUR20220 Certificate II in Automotive Air Conditioning Technology AUR20520 Certificate II in Automotive Servicing Technology AUR21920 Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology AUR20720 Certificate II in Automotive Vocational Preparation AUR31120 Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology AUR30620 Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology AUR31220 Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology (Mobile Plant Equipment) To be successful, you will have the following: Significant relevant industry/ vocational or lecturing experience (minimum of 5 years) Relevant vocational qualifications and/or competencies at least to the level to be delivered and assessed including: AUR10120 Certificate I in Automotive Vocational Preparation AUR20220 Certificate II in Automotive Air Conditioning Technology AUR20520 Certificate II in Automotive Servicing Technology AUR21920 Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology AUR20720 Certificate II in automotive Vocational Preparation AUR31120 Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology AUR30620 Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology AUR31220 Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology (Mobile Plant Equipment) There is a minimum qualification required to deliver accredited vocational education and training (VET) as defined by the Registration Standards Standards), or its successors. The current minimum qualification required is the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116, or TAE40110), or a secondary teaching qualification with an Assessor Skill Set (TAESS00011, TAESS00019, or TAESS00024). Applicants who do not yet hold the minimum required VET credentials are still eligible to apply, however North Regional TAFE will require the successful candidate to be enrolled, and have commenced training in an approved training and assessment credential and record satisfactory progress to enable the credential to be completed within two years from commencement.
