About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Floor Staf to lead our front-of-house team and oversee the day-to-day operations. This role is hands‑on and requires a strong leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of service. You will be responsible for delivering seamless dining experiences, supporting and developing your team, and ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations. Part Time, Full Time and Casual Positions available. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Minimum 2+ years’ restaurant management experience in an à la carte environment. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, compliance, and industry best practices. Exceptional guest service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure during high-volume service periods. Experience with financial management, rostering, and stock control. A flexible approach to working hours – including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Business (preferred but not essential).
