Vice President, Project Finance – Infrastructure and Energy Project Finance, Vice President Global Investment Bank Infrastructure and energy related projects Our client is a prestigious Global Investment Bank with a strong track record in delivering financial advisory and investment solutions across various sectors. They are seeking to hire a Vice President (VP) of Project Finance to join their team and oversee complex, large-scale infrastructure and energy-related projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the structuring and execution of project finance transactions, ensuring efficient financing for large infrastructure and energy projects. Manage relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the project. Provide expert advice on risk allocation, financial structuring, and investment strategies for major projects. Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and professional development. Ideal Candidate Profile Extensive experience in project finance, with a deep understanding of financial modeling, credit analysis, and risk assessment. Proven track record in successfully structuring and executing large-scale, complex financing deals (within infrastructure, energy, or renewable energy). Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment. Advanced technical skills in financial analysis, structuring, and due diligence processes.
