You'll work in the great outdoors, learning from experienced professionals and gaining hands‑on experience across a variety of arboriculture tasks, including tree shaping and canopy management, tree health and remediation, environmental development, and safe tree dismantling and removal. About the Role Learn to inspect trees, perform ground‑based rigging and assist with tree removals Identify trees and implement maintenance programs Prune, trim and cut felled trees Operate, maintain, and care for arborist equipment Learn how to safely perform tree trimming at heights About You Hold a valid driver's licence Passionate about a career in the horticulture industry Highly safety conscious at all times Currently hold or willing to obtain a White Card Strong communication and teamwork skills Great attitude Benefits Above award wages Opportunities to receive in‑demand licences and tickets All PPE provided and replaced when necessary WPC Group : Established in WPC Group is one of Australia's leading employers of apprentices and trainees.
