Regional Equity Coordinator - Building Women's Careers Full‑time 38 hours per week, fixed‑term contract until May 2028 (Warrnambool Campus). Annual salary $91,124 plus superannuation. As Regional Equity Coordinator, you’ll work with industry partners and develop innovative pathways and resources that break down barriers and create real opportunities. Key Responsibilities Work with industry partners to develop and deliver pathways and resources that increase participation of women and gender diverse individuals in construction and clean energy sectors. Coordinate gender equity and diversity initiatives, influencing policy and practice across the region. Engage stakeholders, provide training, and deliver projects that meet identified needs. What you’ll bring Strong knowledge of construction and/or clean energy sectors. ise in gender equity and diversity initiatives. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience in coordination and training delivery. Relevant trade qualification and/or vocational teaching qualification.
