Position Overview Pay: $75,000-$79,000 Employment Basis: Permanent The Role As a Lead Educator you will play a vital role in supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged two to 3 years. This includes: Creating and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for children. Leading a team of educators in the Junior Kindy room, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment. Collaborating with families to support each child’s development and wellbeing. Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and Children’s Services Award. Contributing to a culture of excellence, creativity, and care within our Early Learning Centre. About You A passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of child development principles. A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent). Demonstrated experience in a lead or room leader role. A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Strong communication and leadership skills. Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates. A valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card). Previous experience working with children aged two and a half to three. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to the Christian ethos and values of the College.
