With a focus on excellence, safety, and environmental stewardship, they are poised for significant growth and seek a talented Contracts and Procurement Manager to contribute to existing and future projects and ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities include:Lead and mentor a dynamic team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Oversee all aspects of procurement operations and projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and strategies.Drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the sourcing and procurement process.Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet corporate goals and objectives.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into procurement initiatives.Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to optimize sourcing of goods and services.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.Lead contract negotiations and manage contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks to safeguard company interests.Qualifications and experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Commerce, Law or a related field.Proven experience in contracts and procurement management within the energy or oil & gas industry.Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of driving performance and fostering a culture of excellence.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of Australia’s resources industry, and large-scale construction projects within the sector.Understanding of the regulatory environment, market dynamics, and specific challenges related to contracts and procurement in this sector.CIPS, CPSM and/or IACCM highly desirable.What is on offer:Pivotal position for a leading owner / operatorA dynamic and inclusive work environmentAttractive compensation package
