Requirements for this role Flexible hours available 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Laundry Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience handling laundry delivery operations, particularly with commercial clients. This role involves picking up, loading, transporting, and delivering garments safely and efficiently, while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Pick up and deliver garments to commercial and residential clients according to scheduled routes. Load and unload laundry items safely, ensuring premium garments are handled with care. Use company-provided driver applications to manage delivery schedules, routes, pick-ups, drop-offs, and customer confirmations. Communicate professionally with clients during collection and delivery, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. Verify and document garment counts, order details, and any visible damages before and after delivery. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure adherence to company safety and driving policies. Assist with basic operational tasks when needed, such as coordinating with the laundry processing team. Report delays, route issues, or damaged items to management in a timely manner. Qualifications & Requirements Previous driving and delivery experience required; laundry or logistics experience preferred. Valid Australian driver’s licence (manual or automatic depending on company requirement). Familiarity with driver/delivery routing applications (GPS, delivery apps, or logistics platforms). Ability to lift, move, and carry laundry bags, garment racks, and similar materials as needed. Strong communication and customer service skills. High attention to detail, especially when handling premium-quality and branded garments. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
