As our new Senior Paid Media Specialist , you’ll step into a pivotal role leading paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and beyond. What You’ll Do: Own the strategy & execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and more. Work alongside the Strategy Director and performance team to translate client goals into high-performing media plans. Optimise relentlessly: Monitor, analyse and fine-tune campaigns for performance, ROI and growth. As we scale you will lead, mentor and develop the social media department and contribute to shaping team structure and culture. Collaborate with our creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure media and message are always in sync. Keep us ahead of the curve, bringing new tools, trends and ideas into the mix.
