Job Description We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic & driven Retail Managers to join the team in our Bendigo Market Your keys to success Well-presented, friendly and organised Able to lead a team to achieve results Great communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people Adaptable to a fast paced environment Able to deliver a high level of customer service Ability to work and/or commute to any of the restaurants in the organisation Tasks & Responsibilities As a Retail Manager you are responsible for delivering outstanding QSC (Quality, Service & Cleanliness), sales, people practices and profit in your restaurant. You will supervise employees to ensure that restaurant operations, company policies & procedures are adhered to. You will comply with restaurant safety & security standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers. You will also be responsible for areas such as food safety, inventory control, rostering, labour controls, people compliance, performance management, recruitment & various other systems & administration tasks.
