Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Centre Operator located in Molendinar, QLD. The successful candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls, provide exceptional customer service, and assist customers with inquiries related to scrap metal recycling services. The role also includes scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with operations staff to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
