What We’re Looking For We prioritise outstanding clinical care over numbers or “PVA targets.” We believe that when you provide great-quality care, your patients will follow you — and so will your professional fulfilment. You might be the right fit if you: Hold, or are working towards, APA Titling in Sports, Musculoskeletal, or Neurological Physiotherapy Bring 5+ years of clinical experience and a passion for evidence-based practice Demonstrate genuine care, curiosity, and motivation to continue learning Thrive in a collaborative, supportive team environment Enjoy mentoring junior staff and contributing to a positive clinic culture Are an Australian permanent resident or citizen (we are not currently in a position to offer visa sponsorship) What We Offer We believe great clinicians deserve great workplaces. That’s why we offer: Salary range of $100,000–$120,000 base + commission applies to full-time positions, with part-time remuneration adjusted proportionally Flexible work arrangements – full-time or part-time, family-friendly hours, and no weekend work Mentoring with a dual-titled physiotherapist currently perusing Msk specialisation Program Structured professional development program, including weekly in-services and funded CPD AI-assisted note-taking to streamline your admin load Relocation allowance for clinicians moving to the region Staff wellbeing and leadership development programs A diverse caseload, including sports, MSK, vestibular, neurological, women’s health, NDIS, paediatrics, aquatic therapy, GLAD, Clinical pilates and geriatric care.
