We're opening the doors to a brand-new club in Gordonvale and are on the hunt for a driven, passionate and people-focused Club Manager or Assistant Manager to lead our team from the ground up. About the Role: As Club Manager or Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations, member engagement, sales, team management, and creating a fun, results-driven gym culture. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to build the club’s presence in the local community and drive performance from day one. Key Responsibilities: Drive membership growth and retention Deliver exceptional customer service and build a strong community vibe Lead and support a small team of staff and contractors Manage club operations including sales, admin, reporting, and cleanliness Ensure compliance with safety and brand standards Engage with the local community to promote the club and its services We’re Looking For: A passionate leader with strong communication skills Someone self-motivated, goal-driven, and ready to build a new club culture A positive team player with a hands-on approach Fitness qualifications (advantageous but not essential) Why Join Us?
