We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to

be responsible for developing requirements for end to end processes such as billing, invoicing and customer accounts. You will also be involved in

analysis of initiatives and trends, process improvements and customer remediation programs.You’ll join an innovative team that

focuses developing requirements for end to end processes.As our Senior Business Analyst, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work.Day-to-day, you will:Perform high level feasibility analysis on new problems, gathering relevant data and quickly integrate and analyse informationDevelopment and execution of specific use-casesRun workshops as required to build proactive identification processesDocument business needs analysis and business requirements for proposed areas of changeAssist with the development and management of the remediation framework and principleThis role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:Demonstrated experience in an analytical role such as a Systems or Senior Business Analyst. You’ll be experienced in process reviews, process mapping, holding workshops, running stand ups etcLean Six Sigma certified – must haveUnderstanding and experience in managing projects using Agile methodologies.An inquisitive mindset. You’ll be curious and know how to break down problems to investigate their root cause.Exceptional communication skills. You’ll have the ability to communicate with a various of people across the business.Experience in documenting and articulating problems and processes.Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of people across the business as well as the ability to influence and negotiate.Can-do, proactive attitude. Investigate inputs regarding potential data inaccuracies

Development and execution of specific use-cases

Run workshops as required to build proactive identification processes

Document business needs analysis and business requirements for proposed areas of change

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:Demonstrated experience in an analytical role such as a Systems or Senior Business Analyst. You’ll be experienced in process reviews, process mapping, holding workshops, running stand ups etc

Lean Six Sigma certified – must have
