Competitive salary with overtime available Lead a small and experienced production team Strong career growth opportunities Role details We’re looking for a passionate Shift Supervisor to join our team at the Yatala Glass Recycling Plant. This is a full-time, permanent role on day shift, where you will have the opportunity to make a difference and grow within your role as our brand-new site establishes itself. Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely. What you’ll do Manage a small but experienced production team Troubleshoot and resolve problems to ensure production demands are met Work alongside production and maintenance teams to complete planned maintenance tasks Manage day‑to‑day performance of your team Oversee onsite WHS and drive continuous improvement around safety and compliance What you’ll bring Leadership experience within an automated manufacturing environment Tech‑savvy, with a passion for automation and SCADA exposure beneficial Proficiency in problem solving manufacturing issues and taking a process control viewpoint Safety first mindset, with awareness of safety compliance and requirements What you’ll love when you join us When you join Visy, you’re joining a team that values you.
