We’re a busy local cafe in Emerald Lakes looking for two legends to join our team: 1. Experienced Barista (Full-Time) Hours: Full-time hours (approx. 38 hrs/week) Must be available weekends. Minimum 2 years barista experience in a fast-paced cafe. Management/supervisor experience (opening/closing, leading shifts, training juniors). Confident with espresso extraction, latte art, and high-volume service . Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable, punctual and able to work independently. Food Safety / RSA (if applicable) an advantage. Key duties: Make consistently high-quality coffee using Paradox Coffee beans . Lead and support the front-of-house team during busy periods. Help with training and mentoring junior staff. Maintain clean, organised coffee station and service area. 2. Junior Barista (Casual, 3–4 days/week) Casual role – 3–4 shifts per week. Must be available some weekdays and at least one weekend day . Minimum 2 years barista experience in a cafe. Great attitude, friendly with customers, eager to learn.
