Assistant Fleet Allocator – Civil / Construction Industry Gold Coast Head Office Full-Time | Competitive Salary | Growing Business Dynamic Hydro Excavations is a leading provider of non-destructive digging and vacuum excavation services, proudly servicing projects across QLD and NSW. With a rapidly expanding fleet and a reputation built on reliability and performance, we’re looking for a motivated Assistant Fleet Allocator to join our Gold Coast head office. About the Role We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Assistant Fleet Allocator to support our daily operations team. You’ll work closely with the Fleet Allocator to assist in scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring our fleet of vac trucks, water carts, and operators across civil and infrastructure projects. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that suits someone who thrives in a busy environment, communicates well under pressure, and enjoys problem-solving on the go. Key Responsibilities Assisting with daily scheduling and dispatch of trucks and operators Coordinating job bookings, updates, and time changes with clients and field crews Monitoring fleet movements and live job progress throughout the day Supporting the Fleet Allocator with maintenance planning and job allocation Ensuring accurate data entry, timesheets, and job documentation Communicating effectively with depots and site supervisors to maintain workflow Providing administrative support to the operations team as required What We’re Looking For Previous experience in scheduling, logistics, or civil/construction operations Strong communication and multitasking skills High attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure \ident using Microsoft Office and dispatch or scheduling systems (Assigner experience is advantageous) Positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced team members A team player who takes initiative and enjoys contributing to daily success What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Full-time role with strong career growth potential Supportive, fast-paced, and energetic work environment Modern Gold Coast head office location>\ Opportunity to build a long-term career with a respected civil services company Be part of a team that values professionalism, reliability, and community Application Questions Which of the following types of infrastructure project do you have experience with?
