Our organisation provides many services and programs, including soup vans, education programs, home visitation programs and VincentCare Victoria (VCV), which assist some of Victoria's most vulnerable communities, such as people experiencing homelessness, the housing crisis and family violence, and the elderly. Little bit about the role Vinnies Victoria is currently looking for a talented Retail Duty Manager to join our vibrant team in Geelong. In this role, you will lead a team of staff and volunteers who are just as passionate about giving back to their communities as you are. A hive of activity, this shop is offering a unique and truly fabulous opportunity for a retail superstar to take on their next leadership opportunity. If you LOVE the idea of contributing to your local community by growing sales, coaching your budding retail heroes and in turn bringing in much needed funds to the organisation then we would love for you to apply Your responsibilities Lead our volunteer team to deliver a memorable experience with our customers Strive for, meet and beat sales targets Train and support our dedicated team of volunteers About you You are a truly inspirational leader who is well regarded for their communication skills and their ability to coach and mentor their team. You will be someone who is adaptable, quick thinker, shows strong commitment and is willing to support teams across stores of varying sizes, dynamics and budgets.
