The Role As our Training Advisor, you’ll be the driving force behind developing and supporting our team. Reporting to the Training Manager, you will: Deliver Scaffold training for new starters – onsite and in-house. Mentor and support employees to strengthen their skills. Conduct pre‑and post‑learning assessments. Complete all required training documentation. Perform onsite evaluations and safety audits. Identify hazards and drive proactive safety practices. Maintain and update training records. Promote health, safety, and accountability across the branch. Your work helps shape a safe, skilled, high-performing workplace‑and plays a vital role in maintaining Star Scaffolds’ reputation for excellence. About You Minimum of 5 years’ scaffolding experience (Scaffolding licence preferred) Valid open driver’s licence & willingness to obtain an MR licence.
