Contract - Remote Area Nurse - Applications Closing End 2025/Beg 2026? Work, Live, Play in East Arnhem Land. Commencing 20th December – 4 weeks, possible extension. Dry Family Community. A dynamic contract in clinical, community & outreach settings via road and air. An exciting cultural experience. About This Employer – The clinic is the main health service provider in the community. Services and programs include primary and emergency health care, health and well-being, mental health, AOD, renal, disabilities, allied health, women, children, youth, older people and sexual health. Our team is a vibrant, multi‑disciplinary group from across Australia, with a mix of experiences and specialties. Position Specifics – Reporting to the Clinic’s Health Manager, this key role is part of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, delivering a wide range of services, acting as a specialist generalist, and managing everything from primary care and emergency situations to chronic disease, health promotion, and maternal and child health. Due to our remote location, you need to be flexible, diverse, adaptable, culturally aware, and able to make critical decisions independently. Essential Skill Set AHPRA registration Experience as RAN Strong communication skills, with ability to work with Indigenous communities Computer literacy with ability to use electronic patient databases Package Generous hourly rate Flights, accommodation, utilities So much to see and do in Arnhem Land.
