Disability Support Worker – Female Preferred (Personal Care) T2 Care Support Pty Ltd Locations: Werribee & Point Cook, VIC Employment Type: Casual / Part-time T2 Care Support Pty Ltd is seeking professional and compassionate Disability Support Workers to support two female participants , each requiring personal care and community access assistance. Due to the nature of personal care and participant preference, female support workers are preferred . Available Roles 1. Werribee Role (Type 1 Diabetic) Hours: Monday to Sunday – 10:30am to 5:30pm(Full availability or selected days can be discussed.) Monitoring, documenting, and communicating health and wellbeing Supporting a participant with Type 1 Diabetes (experience with insulin highly regarded; training can be provided) 2. Point Cook Role Hours: Week 1 – Fridays 12pm - 4pmWeek 2 – Tuesdays 3pm-11pm & Thursdays 5pm-11pm Requirement: Applicants must be able to commit to all rostered shifts to be considered for the Point Cook position.
