We are looking for another member to join our family as a valued Service Advisor on a full-time basis. Most of our team members have been with us for 5+ years. It’s been well known that once you join our friendly, young, energetic and professional team you will call Brighton Mazda your home for many, many years. Mazda has recently been named #1 for Customer Satisfaction by Roy Morgan at its annual customer satisfaction awards. We continuously strive to be the benchmark for Guest Experience. Brighton Mazda alongside with Mazda Australia are also making significant investment in training, developing and supporting our family members. We are currently all going through a training program developed by the Ritz Carlton Leadership and Training Centre. Further to this, of course, the right team member will receive full training by one of our seasoned Service Advisor. We would love to welcome you in our home if you are also sharing our passion for guest experience. You can be assured that you will be empowered and encouraged to deliver an above and beyond experience at every single interaction. As Mazda is a very popular choice of car brand and we are one of the largest Service Centre in Victoria, we get busy. Pretty busy. Therefore, our home is well suited for someone who has a challenger spirit, likes working in a busy, fun yet relaxed and refined environment. To feel natural in this role, you will bring your superior communication skills both verbal and written, excellent phone manners, good computer literacy combined with a reliable and honest personality. We are looking for the right attitude and attributes so previous dealership experience is not required. Your main duties will be discussed during the phone interview but if you have any questions prior to applying, you are encouraged to contact us. We are open Monday to Friday 7.30am till 5.30pm and on Saturday from 8.30am till 12.30pm – Saturdays are on rotation so you would only be required to work occasionally.
