You’ll be a leader in a multidisciplinary team of 300+ architects, interior designers, landscape architects and urban designers, connected to the global GHD network of 12,000 engineers, planners and sustainability experts. About The Role This high-profile position places you at the forefront of our Property and Buildings (P&B) market, where you will be the external face of GHD Design. Reporting to the Australian Market Leader for Property and Buildings , you will champion strategic growth that aligns with GHD’s global and APAC vision while leveraging the unique strengths of our local markets and leading a talented team of design leaders, business group heads, and senior professionals. Key Responsibilities Spearhead business development and client engagement across the P&B sector including identifying major project opportunities and the conversion of key pursuits. Build and nurture a powerful network of internal experts and strategic external partners. Drive collaboration with the P&B teams across the APAC Region, building strong bonds with respective Market Leaders. Ensure GHD remains a market and technical leader in the design of the built environment. Qualifications A proven track record in agile leadership and business growth. Deep industry relationships and a passion for design excellence. Extensive consulting and work-winning experience in the built environment. Experience and Skills Required Registered Architect. Recognised nationally and/or internationally as a professional leader providing distinctive competence in large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects. Market facing and with an established network with engagement of clients across a range of sub-sectors. Collaborative and adaptable, empowering high performance teams.
