You’ll play a key role in leading, supporting, and inspiring our team while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. What You’ll Do: No two days are ever the same: Lead and support our amazing Room Attendants to deliver exceptional standards and consistency across the resort. Jump in where needed to make sure rooms and public areas are cleaned to perfection — on time, every time. Assist with daily operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Take ownership of stock control, ordering, and keeping our supplies well-organised. Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to grow and succeed. Conduct inspections to maintain our world-class standards. Monitor budgets and expenses, supporting the Housekeeping Manager with cost control. Champion innovation by helping digitise our training content and processes — bringing new ideas to life that enhance how our team learns and performs. Confidently use technology to streamline communication, reporting and training delivery. Previous experience in a supervisory role within a busy hotel or resort. An eagle eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills. A can-do attitude and the physical fitness to match the fast pace of resort life. A polished, professional presentation and a warm, guest-first approach. Experience leading and developing a team. Availability to work across weekends and public holidays as part of our vibrant resort environment.
