Territory Manager | Surgical | Sydney Metro, NSW South & ACT Join a fast-growing medical device organisation delivering innovative surgical solutions across Australia. Heng & Hurst Responsibilities Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across your territory. Identify and close new business opportunities while providing clinical support and education to key healthcare professionals. Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and procurement teams. Support product launches and strategic initiatives to expand access to innovative surgical solutions. Represent the company at key hospital events, conferences, and clinical meetings. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Science, Marketing, Management, or similar. Experience in healthcare, ideally with surgical or hospital-based products. Proven success in a commercial / sales environment with strong B2B and key account management skills. Confidence in engaging senior healthcare professionals and delivering educational presentations. Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills, with a results-driven mindset.
