We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Quality Analyst with advanced knowledge of software testing, strategic problem-solving skills, and a strong leadership mindset. This role requires a deep understanding of our business, products, customers, so understanding the wagering industry to drive quality improvements effectively is ideal. Using your expertise, you will aim to drive smart, effective QA practices across the business and within your respective pod. As an experienced QA professional, you will set the standard to help deliver outstanding software quality that creates memorable, seamless experiences for our customers. This is a fantastic role and opportunity to lead the way in developing fresh, innovative testing methods that raise the bar for reliability and performance. Your Day-to-Day: Expert-Level Testing & Problem Solving Resolve complex testing challenges using advanced industry knowledge. Ensure full coverage across unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Optimize automation processes and proactively address technical issues. Lead test case design for complex scenarios, including performance, security, and UX. Leadership & Mentorship Lead team discussions and guide optimal solutions. Mentor junior team members on test design and techniques. Facilitate meetings, ensure everyone is heard, and manage conflict resolution. Defect Management & Risk Mitigation Identify potential project issues and propose proactive solutions. Thoroughly verify defects, assess their criticality, and manage defect triage. Own escalated issues, offering multiple resolutions and collaborating with relevant teams. Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication Align with developers on testing strategies and quality goals. Communicate with external teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives. Report risks and solutions to Managers, providing data-driven insights. Process & Strategy Development Guide the use of QA principles and drive the creation of new processes for improved testing effectiveness. Manage testing initiatives for efficiency and thoroughness across all levels. Continuously enhance testing frameworks, balancing quality and speed. Lead strategy discussions, suggesting improvements and automation. Technical Expertise & Continuous Improvement Showcase mastery of software testing, identifying gaps and driving innovation. Balance individual and team commitments while ensuring comprehensive and actionable test documentation. Your Skills and Experience... 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a related field. Strong experience in test strategy development, risk-based testing, and defect management. Proven ability to work on complex issues, applying in-depth analysis and strategic problem-solving. Experience with automation frameworks and the ability to drive test automation improvements. Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
