Job title : FT / PT Paediatric Occupational Therapist - Private Clinic Salary : $70,000 - $90,000 per annum + super Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, Flexible working arrangement Location : Hove, Adelaide Our Client is a company that pride themselves in developing special relationships with our clients and their families. They are looking for New graduate / early career or experienced OT to join their friendly, collaborative, passionate, experienced SLP and OT team. About the role Providing quality treatment to the clients - the caseload is predominately focused on paediatrics, adolescents, or adult clients (flexible based on your preferred caseload). Ensure excellence in client care, evidence-based practice, and service improvement Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to support the therapy needs of NDIS participants. Supervision of Occupational Therapy staff is an integral part of this role. Requirements Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy AHPRA General Registration Relevant clinical and managerial experience Full unrestricted Australian working rights Valid Drivers License and Vehicle Current Police Check, Working with Children Check New graduates are welcome Why work with us? We offer in house PD- monthly with the whole team (OT / SLP) and monthly within each discipline We have a supportive friendly, engaging team Staff are entitled to leave at 4.30 if their casenotes are complete and their last client has cancelled We have termly social events We aim to achieve a team goal for billable hours per week and the team are rewarded when this happens (some that we have done include- movie voucher, cafe voucher, paid lunch, massages in clinic) We provide the team with staff snacks that everyone is welcome to Offer a PD budget with 2 additional paid leave days (not taken from annual leave) Pay for yearly CPR, professional indemnity and public liability insurance, certificates / clearances i.e WWC check Offer a dedicated clinic room with a stocked resource cupboard, and access to a large shared resource room’ Administrative support to take care of all billing, appointments, scheduling and enquiries New Graduate Program with weekly supervision and mentoring Building caseload for new graduates #J-18808-Ljbffr
